Best Tools for Keto Almond Bark

  • Low Carb Keto Chocolate Chips – my favorite keto chocolate chips! Delicious, deep chocolate flavor and beautiful melt, just like with regular chocolate chips. 🙂
  • Almonds – Yummy, roasted almonds that aren’t loaded down with salt, oil or any other ingredients.
  • Coconut Oil – Just a little bit goes a long way in softening the chocolate in the melting process in this keto almond bark. You can leave it out, but I recommend leaving it in for better results.
  • Chef’s Knife – a beast of a knife. Super, duper sharp, it cuts through everything like butter.

Description

3 Ingredient Keto Almond Bark Recipe: this 5 minute keto candy recipe is decadent, rich and Low Carb! Easy to Make, Dairy-Free.

Ingredients

Scale

Keto Almond Bark

  • 1 ¾ cups low carb keto chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup unsalted, roasted almonds

Optional Topping

  • ¼ cup unsalted, roasted almonds

Instructions

  1. Line a small/medium baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper. Clear some room in the refrigerator for this sheet. Set aside.
  2. Use the double boiler method or do the following: Add keto chocolate chips and coconut oil to a medium, microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second increments until melted. Stir in between heating increments, until smooth.
  3. Fold in almonds. Pour onto prepared baking sheet. Using a rubber spatula, spread into an even layer of desired thickness. Optionally, sprinkle with more almonds. Gently press each almond into the melted chocolate.
  4. Refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes, or allow to set at room temperature for 40-60 minutes. Immediately remove from refrigerator and allow to reach room temperature before cutting (to avoid fingerprints/sweating). Separate chocolate from paper. Break or cut into pieces. Enjoy! 1. I’d been searching for a simple choc fix recipe and you certainly delivered!! It’s scrumptious, simple to create and adjust! I didn’t have enough raw almonds so reduced the recipe accordingly. My husband is eating the ‘Keto way’ with me and almonds aren’t his favorite so I chopped them up fairly fine and reduced the amount to 1/4 c. Plus I spread it out very thin so we got 48 pieces! Woo woo!! We both loved the recipe! Thanks so much for creating and sharing it!!
