This easy breakfast-deviled egg recipe is a great option to add to your weekday menu that is fast, easy to make, and packed with protein!

Ingredients

  • 6 large hard boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons bacon crumbles
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop the yolk out of the egg into a bowl and mash with the yogurt, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Fold in the bacon crumbles.
  4. Pipe or scoop the mixture into the egg whites and serve.
